Javier Cerón Solís received his BS degree in Electronics from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico City, and his Ph.D. in Optics from the Centro de Ingeniería y Desarrollo Industrial in Querétaro, Qro. México. His research interest includes optical materials characterization, optical thin films and fiber optic sensors.
